The digital experience for the new series Colony was a multi-phased execution first introducing and teasing the new world of the show with a few light interactions, evolving to a world-building companion site for fans to explore that gave scope to the new Occupied LA and the characters’ struggles to choose a side. The site was comprised of a 3D interactive map and a toggle functionality that allowed users to view and interact with content in both collaborator and resistance POV, a major theme from the linear story. User interaction began with a simple scroll and evolved into an immersive destination featuring original scripted videos, weekly missions and games, and other custom content.
